Everything else attaches to an event, including staff assignments and assets like rooms or equipment. It prevents double booking of assets and staff. Expenses track for events and projects, serving as a quoting mechanism, cost calculator, or expense tracker. Milestones use fixed dates or back-scheduling, where dates calculate automatically before the target event date.
