Experiment with animated scenes from text and even turned a sketch into a moving clip. The interface is simple to grasp and you really don’t need editing skills. What I didn’t love: the fuel/credits vanish faster than I thought on complex videos and free limits are tight. Still, I had fun pushing creative ideas I wouldn’t have made otherwise.
I spent a weekend playing around with Genmo making random cinematic clips, and it’s honestly addictive. Just typing a prompt and seeing a video come out feels wild. The interface is clean and beginner-friendly, which helped me jump in fast. I liked the different styles and camera controls, they add a nice touch.
