Barracuda Load Balancer ADC

The Barracuda Load Balancer ADC enables application availability, acceleration, and control. It distributes traffic using health and performance checks for efficient server resource use and employs server failover for high availability. Global Server Load Balancing provides redundancy across multiple sites to enhance availability, improve client response time, and speed disaster recovery. Deployment options include physical or virtual appliances. It supports Layer 4 and Layer 7 protocols such as HTTP/S, SMTP, IMAP, FTP/S, DNS, XML, TCP, and UDP, along with IPv6 and IPv4 in mixed environments. SSL offloading handles 1024-bit and 2048-bit keys. Content compression reduces network traffic. Traffic routing bases on region, device, or browser for customized responses.
